Key Responsibilities ? Understand exporter and importer documentation flow including invoices, packing lists,
shipping bills, eBRCs, Bills of Entry, LUT, and related compliance documentation.
? Handle client onboarding, implementation, training, and ongoing support for the
NiryatSetu ERP platform.
? Assist clients in effectively using ERP modules related to export documentation,
logistics, compliance, and reporting.
? Coordinate with exporters and internal teams to ensure smooth operational execution
and issue resolution.
? Manage day-to-day client communication through calls, emails, WhatsApp, and
meetings.
? Support demonstrations, product presentations, and requirement-gathering discussions
with prospective and existing clients.
? Work closely with sales and product teams to improve customer experience and align
solutions with client business requirements.
Skills:
? MBA preferred (Operations, Marketing, International Business, or related fields). ? 1–3 years of work experience in EXIM operations, logistics, ERP handling, client
servicing, or related domains.
? Basic understanding of import-export documentation and trade workflows.
? Strong communication and client-handling skills.
? Ability to understand business processes and explain software workflows clearly.
? Comfortable working in a startup and fast-paced environment.
? Prior experience with ERP software, export houses, CHA/logistics firms, or SaaS
companies will be an added advantage.
