Job Description :

Key Responsibilities:

 Lead the Finance & Accounts function across all locations with full responsibility for financial governance and statutory compliance.

Manage company investments and proactively address debt and funding requirements.

Liaison with banks and financial institutions for operational and strategic financial requirements.

Collaborate with branch heads to ensure consistent application of company financial policies and procedures.

Supervise and guide the accounting team to ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements and records.

Ensure monthly closing, reconciliations, and reporting processes are conducted effectively.

Prepare and present MIS reports for senior management to facilitate decision-making.

Ensure timely statutory audits and smooth coordination with auditors.

Implement and monitor internal control systems and processes to safeguard company assets and ensure process efficiency.

Stay updated on regulatory and statutory changes impacting the business (GST, TDS, PF, PT, ROC filings, etc.).

Support payroll compliance and employee-related statutory obligations in coordination with HR and Admin teams.

Lead the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

Provide strategic financial insights and support business expansion plans across locations

Qualification :

43, 48, 65

Skills :

Strong understanding of Indian accounting standards, taxation, and corporate finance.

Proven experience in bank financing, working capital management, and debt restructuring.

Strong leadership qualities with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively.

Proficiency in financial software and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Willingness to travel occasionally to company branches in different states
