Job Description:

• Coordinate with the manufacturing team to ensure smooth production and timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with Amazon consultants regarding account operations, product listings, order management, and related activities.
• Maintain accurate entries, records, and operational data in Excel and other systems.
• Coordinate with banks for payment-related matters, transactions, and documentation.
• Coordinate with logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of goods.
• Prepare, update, and maintain Excel reports, trackers, and operational records.
• Follow up with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
• Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Skills:

• Good knowledge of MS Excel and data management.
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
• Good organizational and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in maintaining records.
