- Capable to increase the sales through proactive sales and negotiation techniques. Competently engage with prospects, build rapport and convert.
- Accomplish sales goals and boost revenue.
- Thorough product knowledge and customer relationship management.
- Attend clients and explain the project thoroughly such as plans, layout, amenities,
- Ticket size, and payment schedule etc.,
- Preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly database of walk-in customers. Excellent communication, Negotiation, and closing skills.
- Meeting with CPs and keeping strong follow-up and generating references from visitors/closed clients.
- Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled period.
- Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets.
- Initiate leads through B2B and B2C sales calls and by leveraging existing networks to understand their property requirements.
- Deliver sales numbers as per business plan, in terms of both sourcing and closing- ensure completion of sales targets consistently through the year.
- Ensure cross-selling to enhance sales value productivity with existing customers and client Relationship Building.
- Coordinate with various departments (Customer Care, Sales Peer Teams etc) to ensure exceptional customer service. Systems and Process Compliance.
