Job Description:

  • Capable to increase the sales through proactive sales and negotiation techniques. Competently engage with prospects, build rapport and convert.
  • Accomplish sales goals and boost revenue.
  • Thorough product knowledge and customer relationship management.
  • Attend clients and explain the project thoroughly such as plans, layout, amenities,
  • Ticket size, and payment schedule etc.,
  • Preparing and maintaining weekly and monthly database of walk-in customers. Excellent communication, Negotiation, and closing skills.
  • Meeting with CPs and keeping strong follow-up and generating references from visitors/closed clients.
  • Achieve sales targets and outcomes within the scheduled period.
  • Consistently identify and qualify leads in designated markets to achieve set personal targets.
  • Initiate leads through B2B and B2C sales calls and by leveraging existing networks to understand their property requirements.
  • Deliver sales numbers as per business plan, in terms of both sourcing and closing- ensure completion of sales targets consistently through the year.
  • Ensure cross-selling to enhance sales value productivity with existing customers and client Relationship Building.
  • Coordinate with various departments (Customer Care, Sales Peer Teams etc) to ensure exceptional customer service. Systems and Process Compliance.
