Job Description:
- Plan Promotional and Advertising Campaigns
- Initiate Market Research
- Develop Pricing Strategies
- Develop and effectively manage department and project budgets, reevaluating their appropriateness on an ongoing basis based upon strategic objectives
- Evaluate health of projects and identify, analyze and propose solutions to various issues
- Work with cross functional teams within Marketing, Operations , IT and User experience to enable achievement of best practices through successful program management, and achievement of end to end information and product flows
- Manage purchase order status
- Act as the liason between corporate customer service and the ecommerce team to ensure 100% allocation of goods
- Gather direction from the e - commerce buying team on cancel / extension decisions and update retail planning system.
- Communicate to e-commerce team shipments / shortages
- Capture goals , business requirements and other relevant information for the site and user experience which include checkout , payment methods, order management tools and fulfillment
- Work on large and small scale web-based projects that have a direct impact on the company
