We are a Real Estate firm which provides services in Facility Management, Project Management/Advisory and General Contracting services to various sectors. We have also ventured into Real Estate Development most recently.The role we are looking for shall cater to Project Management/Advisory and Real Estate Development vertical of the
Company.
The key responsibilities of the candidate shall be as follows –
- Working on the Due Diligence assignments focusing on the review of construction cost, Bill Of Quantities (BOQ), Project schedule and construction status review.
- The candidate shall also be required to work on the project approvals and FSI/FAR area review on need basis. • Working on the ongoing Project Monitoring assignments in terms of monitoring of project status, highlighting schedule over runs, budget over runs, project Sales and cash flow management.
- Review the construction safety processes on site, quality assurance and control.
- Assisting the Client in identifying all risk elements to the project and advice on managing those risks to minimize their impact on the project.
- Review and monitoring of the RERA compliances for all the projects.
- Be updated regarding any developments in the building regulations and trends of the markets we work in.
- Building process & policies internally.
- Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills, with sound attention to detail.
- To engage with clients on regular basis to ensure client satisfaction & delivery.
- The role may require deployment on site.
Skills:
- 1-2 years of work experience in the field of real estate/ construction/ monitoring will be preferred.
- Education background - Bachelors in Civil Engineering/ Post graduation in construction management (NICMAR or RICS preferred)
- Sound knowledge on construction cycle, detailed rates for construction activities Civil, MEP and finishing, processes, project schedule and cash flows.
- Knowledge on various approvals required for residential, commercial, industrial, township projects
- Basic knowledge of Construction budgets / Construction contract / bill system/ construction material reconciliation/ Material procurement process
- Good communication and analytical skills, report writing capabilities and MS office suite and MS Projects, AutoCAD, etc.
