RESPONSIBILITIES
• Outbound Calls –
• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing clients to introduce mutual fund products and services.
• Follow up with clients who have shown interest in mutual funds.
• Inbound Calls –
• Handle incoming inquiries regarding mutual fund products and services.
•
Resolve customer complaints and provide relevant information and support or direct to the respective Relationship Manager.
•
Targets -
•
Achieve the targets towards calling on the given data.
•
Customer Relationship Manager and Data Management -
•
Maintain a database of customer information.
•
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
•
Provide personalized service to high-value customers.
•
Update customer records with accurate and timely information.
Qualification:
18Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Science, Finance, Marketing or a related field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in tele calling, sales, or customer service, preferably in the financial sector.
SKILLS & ATTRIBUTES
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Fluency in English is mandatory for this role.
• Understanding and speaking fluently in Marathi, Hindi and Gujrati will be an added advantage.
• Female candidates preferred.
• Proficiency in using MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
• Understanding of mutual funds and financial markets is an advantage.
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively.
