Job Description:
- Handling the Recruitment process
- Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
- Head Hunting through networking
- Developing and maintaining relationships with consultancies and college placement offices
- Screening resumes and application forms
- Phone screen applicants.
- Maintaining records of applications with status
- Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
- Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
- Handling the induction process
- Maintaining employee records
- Coordinate with the vendors and maintaining their record with contact details
- Processing incoming calls and answering their queries
- Implementing performance review procedures
- Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
- Manage employees’ grievances
