Job Description:

  • Handling the Recruitment process
  • ­ Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages and social networks
  • ­ Head Hunting through networking
  • ­ Developing and maintaining relationships with consultancies and college placement offices
  • ­ Screening resumes and application forms
  • ­ Phone screen applicants.
  • ­ Maintaining records of applications with status
  • ­ Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
  • ­ Ensuring background and reference checks are completed
  • ­ Handling the induction process
  • Maintaining employee records
  • Coordinate with the vendors and maintaining their record with contact details
  • Processing incoming calls and answering their queries
  • Implementing performance review procedures
  • Developing fair HR policies and ensuring employees understand and comply with them
  • Manage employees’ grievances
