 Cluster Business Manager Profile for PFRDA/NPS (Direct Distribution) Channel for Mumbai Unit.any

• Should have sound knowledge in PFRDA(pension fund regulatory and development authority )/NPS (Direct Distribution) channel
• Should have work experience in NPS/PFRDA/NSDL channel at Mumbai
• Should have 2 years Tier 1 Reporting experience  / 2years onrole team handling
• Need to identify the Nodal Officer / DDO / Account Officer whosoever is taking care of NPS at State Government Offices / Central Government Offices / PSUs / Corporates on Daily Basis where company don't have presence.
• Meeting with Nodal Officers at Assigned Nodal Offices ( Central / State / Corporate ) on daily basis where company already have presence.
• Require to build Strong Relationship at Assigned offices and generate the business from them.

The role is to create a team of Efficient Sales Executives and Team Leaders who effectively leads, manage & coach them towards achieving sales targets Month on Month.
