We are seeking an experienced Manager – Construction Claims to lead and manage claims, disputes, and contract administration for infrastructure and construction projects. The role involves preparation, evaluation, and management of EOT, cost claims, variation claims, delay analysis, and dispute resolution support.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
·
Preparation and management of
construction claims including EOT, cost escalation, variation, prolongation,
and disruption claims
·
Delay analysis using Impacted
As-Planned, Time Impact Analysis (TIA), and As-Planned vs As-Built methods
·
Contract review including BOQs,
specifications, and correspondence to identify claim entitlements
·
Preparation of claim
narratives, substantiation documents, and quantum calculations
·
Evaluation and response to
claims from contractors or subcontractors
·
Support dispute resolution
including negotiation, mediation, arbitration, and litigation
·
Coordination with project teams
to collect site records and project documentation
·
Collaboration with planning,
QS, cost control, and legal teams
· Preparation and presentation of claim reports to stakeholders
Mentoring junior claims engineers

Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification:
·
B.Tech / BE in Civil
Engineering
·
Postgraduate qualification in
Construction Management / Contracts / Claims (preferred)
Experience:
·
8–12 years in construction or
infrastructure projects
·
4–6 years of experience in
construction claims or contract management
Key Skills & Competencies:
·
Strong knowledge of FIDIC / EPC
/ Item Rate / Lump Sum contracts
·
Hands-on experience in claims
preparation and delay analysis
·
Strong analytical and
report-writing skills
·
Excellent communication and
negotiation abilities
