Structural Engineer -The Structural Engineer is responsible for designing and validating structural systems for precast
elements, ensuring stability, durability, and compliance with industry standards and project
specifications. This role requires close coordination with the detailing, architectural, and site teams to
deliver practical and cost-efficient structural solutions that align with construction schedules and design
intent.
Responsibilities
1. Design & Analysis
• Design structural elements for precast components including slabs, beams, columns,
walls, etc.
• Perform structural analysis using tools such as ETABS, Safe, and Excel-based models.
• Ensure structural solutions comply with IS codes, NBC, and client-specific standards.
• Optimize structural designs for cost, feasibility, and ease of erection.
2. Cross-Functional Coordination
• Collaborate with architects and detailers to ensure coordinated outputs.
• Review and validate drawings, reinforcement detailing, and joint designs.
• Provide technical support to site and production teams during casting and erection
phases.
• Assist estimation and planning teams with load data and reinforcement quantities.
3. Project Delivery & Quality
• Participate in design review meetings and present technical clarifications.
• Ensure timely delivery of design inputs to meet project schedules.
• Review as-built conditions and suggest modifications if necessary.
• Provide value engineering solutions to enhance design efficiency.

Professional Requirements - The ideal candidate will possess the following professional assets:B.E / Dip - Civil; M-Tech in Structural is an add on
3-4+ yrs of experience in Precast structural designing
Previous Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience as a structural engineer, 2-3 years of Mandatory Precast Experience.
• Technical Skills: Analytic skills, Etabs, RCC design, precast jointing.
