Job Description:

 Responsivities:
  •          Analyzing financial and operational results of targets through the preparation of various analysis by reviewing accounting records
  •         Preparing/evaluating pro forma financial information
  •       Helping in preparing reports and schedules

         Evaluating the effects of seasonal and cyclical changes on cash flow requirements

          Assisting in identifying issues for purchase price reductions, deal restructuring or deal termination

 

      Committing in developing knowledge. Using technology to continually learn and share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery. Respecting/protecting client information.

 

         Developing people, reviewing analysts work & providing constructive performance feedback/training. Fostering teamwork and innovative thinking

 

         Reviewing and Quality check of financial statements and databooks, QoE reports prepared for the financial due diligence process.

         Building up the databooks including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, NWC, QOE and other related analysis.

         Analysis & interpretation of Financials - to understand the target company’s operations and business, evaluate historical and projected financial performance
