•         Evaluating the effects of seasonal and cyclical changes on cash flow requirements

 •         Assisting in identifying issues for purchase price reductions, deal restructuring or deal termination

•      Committing in developing knowledge. Using technology to continually learn and share knowledge with team members and enhance service delivery. Respecting/protecting client information.

•         Developing people, reviewing analysts work & providing constructive performance feedback/training. Fostering teamwork and innovative thinking

•         Reviewing and Quality check of financial statements and databooks, QoE reports prepared for the financial due diligence process.

•         Building up the databooks including Income Statement, Balance Sheet, NWC, QOE and other related analysis.

•         Analysis & interpretation of Financials - to understand the target company’s operations and business, evaluate historical and projected financial performance
