Over View of the Profile 
As a Shift Coordinator will be primarily responsible for handling emails, your role will encompass various tasks and responsibilities aimed at ensuring effective communication and coordination within the department. The position requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities: 
Email Management: Your primary responsibility will involve managing the email inbox efficiently. This includes sorting, prioritizing, responding to, and delegating emails to relevant team members or departments. 

Coordination: As a Shift Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring smooth coordination between different shifts and departments. This involves overseeing shift schedules and addressing any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise. 

Problem-solving: You will be expected to troubleshoot and resolve any email-related issues promptly. This may involve clarifying information, mediating conflicts, or escalating issues to higher management when necessary.

Documentation: Maintaining accurate records and documentation of email communications and other relevant information is crucial. You will be responsible for ensuring that all emails and related documents are properly archived and organized for future reference. 

Skills:

Qualifications: 
  1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience. 
  2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 
  3. Proficiency in email management tools and software. 
  4. Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities. 
  5. Leadership experience or demonstrated potential for leadership roles. 
  6. Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines. 
  7. Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
