Job Description:

Job Responsibilities

• Accounting of expenses including both OPEX & CAPEX.
• Able to distinguish between capital and revenue expenditure as per requirements of various accounting standards.
• Should have clear understanding on fixed asset accounting and related provisions.
• Able to prepare report and analysis on budget vs actual expenses.
• Should have experience in conducting physical verification of assets.
• GL level scrutiny and analysis for variances.
•  Able to work out and review provision entries for monthly / quarterly / annual closing.
• Able to review and processing advance payments for CAPEX & OPEX.
• Settlement of advances.
• Resolving audit queries with internal as well as statutory auditor.
• Sound knowledge of GST, TDS, MSME
• Preparing MIS as per the closing requirements such as cross charge, depreciation working, rationalization, cost of acquisition, accounting internal efforts of manpower, accounting for invoices issues towards scrap/sale of assets.
• Dealing with claimants for timely pay outs.
• Processing foreign payments.

Qualification:

Skills:

3-5 years & accounting experience in S4 HANA.

Good knowledge of Ms-office (excel, word)
