Job Purpose
  • Drive sales and revenue growth in the assigned region.
  • Implement sales strategies and achieve targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement sales & marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
  • Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (pricing, operations, etc.).
  • Monitor credit, receivables, and payments.
  • Ensure cost control and follow company policies.
  • Network with industry associations and clients.
  • Submit monthly reports on time.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities.
