- Computer savvy and having functional understanding of recent trends in process & technology trends in logistics/SCM.

person. Able to articulate complex supply
chain topics, meaningfully engage senior
stakeholders and seek solutions in an
ambiguous environment. Able to leverage
technology or mobilize suitable stakeholders
to implement solutions.

Job Purpose / Brief Description -- This position functionally reports to the Divisional Head – Air Freight and administratively reports to the Branch Head.
- Primary accountability for Sales and Revenue growth within a specific geographic area.
Roles & Responsibilities -
- Generate Sales leads to Air Freight business and creates a healthy sales pipeline for the Division.
- Meet budgeted goals (routing and freehand sales) and profit targets.
- Work closely with Divisional Head to achieve freehand sales targets and for new customer acquisition.
- Handling of Tenders, RFQs etc.
- Develop good relationships with customers, agencies and trade and industrial associations.
- Networking with prospective clients, generating business from the new and existing accounts and achieving profitability / increased sales growth.
- Work closely with the product teams for business development, market treads etc.
- Overseeing the movement of clients’ goods and ensuring that they are picked up, transported and delivered on time to their satisfaction.
