Job Description :

This is a highly specialized role as the individual is expected to follow a very strict process of Data Management
You will need to accept and adopt all the guidelines for data management as per the company’s Non-Disclosure (NDA) policies
Sanitization, accuracy of Naming Conventions, file naming, folder management, data structuring etc. are key components of the overall job role.
Managing uploads and downloads to and from the client
Reporting to the respective production person in-charge once the task is completed
Keeping a clean record and maintaining all the logs of Data both inwards and outwards
Taking complete responsibility of Data Management and handing over responsibilities to the next person in-charge of the data in the next shift
Maintaining a log of handovers done and signing in/off at the beginning and end of respective shift handovers.

Qualification :

Skills :

o Thorough knowledge of working with MS Office i.e.:- Word, Excel, Power Point etc.
o Make Daily Reports
o Excellent Interpersonal Communication Skills
