Job Preference:

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 12 months of Sales Experience required in any Financial Products (Personal Loan, Business Loan, Loan against Property, Working Capital etc.)
• Preferred experience in secured loans.
• Less than 40 years of age.

Job Description:

• Prospecting and identifying new leads.
• Generate new customer leads.
• Proactively identify sales prospects and conduct business development activities in the geography assigned.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
• Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services.
• Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the company.
• Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow ups made.
