Job Location : 705, Cyber One, Sector 30, Vashi, Navi Mumbai

• 2 years of experience in Environment Clearance/ElA.

• Candidate should have knowledge of Environment Impact Assessment notification 2016, EIA/ Environment Clearance process/Building and Construction Sector 
• Experience in Environment Clearance, filing application for EC, CRZ, MPCB NOC, Form 1 and 1 a. 

• Min. software knowledge MS Office, AutoCAD/QGIS/Aeromod
 
• Preference shall be given to Candidates having knowledge of Solid Waste, Air Pollution, Noise and Vibration
 

1. In-depth knowledge in their respective areas of specialization along with good knowledge of EIA Notification,2006 and its amendments, Waste Management Rule,2016 followed by its amendments and Latest Gazette Notifications etc.
2. Understanding of the EIA process, legislations and rules/regulations with respect to the functional areas applied for.
3. Understanding of the overall project configuration with special reference to her concerned functional area/s.
4. Study NABET version 3 and is amendments from time to time.
5. Assisting EIA coordinator and Functional area experts in Environmental Assignments.
6. Perform research and analysis to understand environmental effects of the projects.
7. Follow up with stakeholders for securing required documents as per standard checklist and procedures. 
8. Maintain documents and folders in systematic format & ensure filing system is arranged as per NABET requirement. 
9. Research and recommend new processes to reduce environmental damages.
10. Assist EIA coordinator and Functional area experts in preparation of reports of compliance, EIA, Audit, MSW etc.
11. Build positive and long-term working relationships with clients
12. Assist EIA coordinator and Functional area experts  in obtaining environmental clearance and develop environmental programs for the clients.
13. To fill up Form 1, Form 1A, CP, PFR and proposed TOR as per the details received from clients and as per the type of projects.
14. Manage and monitor environmental project activities to ensure timely completion.
15. Resolve environmental issues and escalate complex problems to higher authorities.
16. Overlook documentation and records for he ongoing and completed Environmental Assignments
17. Overlook Quality control for the communications, documentation, correspondence to NABET and authorities.
