Summary: The Telesales Executive will be responsible for selling motor & health insurance policies through outbound calls. The candidate should be target-oriented and capable of converting leads into successful sales while providing excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: * Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell motor & health insurance policies * Handle inbound customer queries related to motor insurance * Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and add-ons * Follow up with leads and convert them into sales * Cross-sell and up-sell insurance products * Maintain and update customer data in CRM systems * Achieve daily and monthly sales targets * Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance Required Skills: * Good communication and convincing skills * Strong sales and negotiation abilities * Basic understanding of insurance products * Ability to work in a target-driven environment * Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools) |
