Job Description:

  • Manage and maintain executives’ calendars, schedules, and appointments

  • Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items

  • Handle internal and external communication on behalf of the executive

  • Manage travel arrangements, including bookings, itineraries, and expense reports

  • Prepare presentations, reports, MIS, and other documents as required

  • Maintain confidential records, files, and sensitive information with utmost discretion

  • Act as a point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders

  • Assist in planning and organizing events, meetings, and conferences

  • Monitor deadlines, track deliverables, and ensure timely execution of tasks

  • Provide general administrative support to enhance executive productivity

  • Skills:

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • High level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask and work independently with minimal supervision

  • Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
