Responsibilities:
1. Act as a point of contact between the company and suppliers
2. Identify potential suppliers based on project requirements
3. Negotiate contracts, terms and deadlines with vendors and suppliers
4. Monitor and update relevant departments regarding price fluctuations of goods and
vendor pricing
5. Manage an efficient flow of goods to ensure optimum production
6. Process and prepare purchase orders to acquire goods.
7. Work closely with the all the concern department of the organization to ensure
contract terms are favorable to the company
8. Attend meetings with the legal team, engineering team, vendors and suppliers
9. Preparing Export & Import documents.
10. Expertise in preparation of Contract/Agreements and bid process management.
11. Prepare proposals, request quotes and negotiate purchase terms and conditions.
12. Analyze industry and demand trends and support senior management with the
development and implementation of sourcing strategies
13. Liaising with internal project teams and maintaining strong supplier relations
14. Working end to end SCM, procurement & vendor Management Process setup &
activity.
15. Must have IT procurement experience in Government businesses.
