Roles and Responsibility -
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns using Adobe Campaign to drive customer engagement, acquisition, retention, and conversion.
- Plan, implement, and monitor multi-channel campaigns across various digital platforms, including email, SMS, push notifications, and WhatsApp.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing, creative, and analytics, to define campaign objectives, target audiences, messaging, and campaign timelines.
- Set up and configure campaign workflows, segmentation, and targeting strategies in Adobe Campaign.
- Manage and optimize campaign performance by analyzing data and leveraging insights from Adobe Analytic.
- Monitor campaign metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports to measure campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Conduct A/B testing and employ data-driven decision-making to optimize campaign performance and achieve marketing goals.
- Ensure compliance with data protection and privacy regulations, such as GDPR and CCPA, throughout the campaign process.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies related to campaign management, Adobe Campaign, and Adobe Analytics.
- Provide training and guidance to marketing teams on the effective use of Adobe Campaign and Adobe Analytics.

Skills,Qualification and Experience -
- 4+ years’ experience as an Adobe Campaign Developer, Technical Consultant or Business Consultant required.
- Expertise in Adobe Campaign platform.
- Expertise in Master templates, JavaScript templates and data schemas.
- Expertise in Import & Aggregate workflows.
- Expertise and working Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL).
- Design and implement complex multi-wave, multi-channel communications with coding for versioning (dynamic in email and mobile push).
- Familiarity with Web Development and Web Applications in Adobe Campaign (Frontend and Backend).
- Good understanding & working knowledge of XML, JavaScript is a must.
- Knowledge on Web Technologies like HTML, CSS will be an added advantage.
- Knowledge in best practices in campaign development to optimize efficiency and quality of deliverables; implement and support automation triggered, recurring and ad-hoc communications (Email & SMS).
- Networking and infrastructure services knowledge (DNS, SMTP, Load balancer, SFTP).
