Job Summary
We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Project Engineer
to oversee and coordinate our project execution activities Pan India. The ideal
candidate should have a strong mechanical background, hands-on experience in
site execution, and proven project management skills. This role requires
proactive coordination with cross-functional teams, ensuring adherence to
technical specifications, project timelines, and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Schedule and conduct pre-installation site visits to assess site
readiness and identify potential issues before project execution.
2.
Coordinate closely with Site Engineers to verify on-site conditions and
ensure compliance with project requirements.
3.
Review and validate the Bill of Quantities (BOQ) against project scope
and technical drawings.
4.
Plan and manage the installation schedule, ensuring efficient resource
deployment and timely completion.
5.
Liaise with the installation and procurement teams to ensure material
availability and workforce readiness.
6.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and deviations from plan;
implement corrective actions as necessary.
7.
Ensure strict compliance with safety standards, quality norms, and
engineering practices.
8.
Facilitate regular communication with clients, consultants, and internal
teams to maintain transparency and trust.
9.
Participate in regular review meetings and prepare accurate project
documentation, reports, and updates.
Skills:
Requirements
·
B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory).
·
Minimum 2 years of experience in project execution, preferably in
turnkey Piping projects.
·
Proven experience in handling full-cycle project execution
·
Strong leadership and team coordination abilities
·
Experience in labour planning, attendance tracking, and workforce
allocation
·
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
·
Good understanding of contracts, BOQs, and execution drawings
·
Knowledge of project management tools, MS Office, and site
documentation
·
Awareness of industry safety and compliance standards
