Senior Accounts & Audit Executive is one who is responsible for Finalisation of accounts of Various Clients & Conducting audit & Preparation of Financial Statements and to manage the service request in papilio.

Responsibility

• To Conduct & Monitor Various Audit such as Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, GST Audit
• Finalisation of Accounts
• Preparation of Financial Statements, Audit Report , Directors Report & Notes to Accounts and other Relevant Documents as per Sch-III of the companies Act
• To manage the Accounting, TDS and regular compliance of retainership clients.
• To compile Income Tax Return for Individual business owners, Companies, Trusts, Partnership Firm in LLP, or any other entity in Computax.
• To manage retainership clients accounts and compliance

Task and Activities

To conduct & Monitor Various Audit

• To visit clientplace for audit work - statutory audit, tax audit  (Occasionally)
• To complete the audit within the time.
• To guide other team members for Audit work.

Finalisation of Accounts & Preparation of Financial Statements

• To check accounting entries done by other team members.
• To guide other team members for Finalisation entries.

Regular Compliance

• To prepare profit and loss, Balance sheet, Income Tax return of non corporate entities, individual client
• To prepare profit and loss, Balance sheet, Income Tax return of non corporate entities, individual client

Retainership Assignment

• Accounting in Tally System for assigned entities
• Regular Compliance like monthly TDS, GST, Profession tax of assigned client
• Replying to the emails of regular clients based on relevant research on the subject matter
