Role Purpose
Drive primary & secondary sales, expand distribution/ Customer base and deliver
profitable growth in the assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver monthly/quarterly sales targets (volume + value)
- Manage and grow dealer/distributor / Customer base
- Drive secondary sales & market share
- Identify and appoint new distributors / dealers / customers
- Execute pricing, promotions, schemes
- Monitor payment collections & credit discipline
- Track competitor activities and market trends
