About Company : Company is a Japanese company manufacturing Coated Abrasives and rubbing compounds since 1930. Our company,  Company 's headquartered in Kerala and has sales operations across India and other South Asian countries.

Role Purpose Drive primary & secondary sales, expand distribution/ Customer base and deliver profitable growth in the assigned territory. 

Key Responsibilities 
 Deliver monthly/quarterly sales targets (volume + value) 
 Manage and grow dealer/distributor / Customer base 
 Drive secondary sales & market share 
 Identify and appoint new distributors / dealers / customers 
 Execute pricing, promotions, schemes 
 Monitor payment collections & credit discipline 
 Track competitor activities and market trends
