#### Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized institution.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on real estate transactions and development.
- Knowledge of real estate laws, property rights, and land use regulations.
- Strong drafting and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound legal decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Membership in the Bar Council of India and other relevant professional bodies.
#### Responsibilities:
- Provide legal counsel and support to the real estate development projects, including land acquisitions, zoning issues, construction contracts, and leasing agreements.
- Review and draft various legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and deeds.
- Conduct due diligence on real estate transactions and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Advise on legal risks, rights, and obligations related to real estate development projects.
- Represent the company in negotiations, mediations, and legal proceedings as necessary.
- Collaborate with external legal counsel, government agencies, and other stakeholders on legal matters.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations impacting the real estate industry and provide guidance to the management team.
