Description:	Product Portfolio – Microfinance/MSME and Other Related Products Roles & Responsibilities of Product Team: The Product team shall be responsible for I. Product & Process Management (Asset & Liability) Assist in Product development Articulate Business Requirement to IT Team Analyze and articulate changes for product from business and regulatory guidelines Process Review / Development, Improvisation & Standardization of implementation Understanding field level requirements and suggest Process interventions Coordination with Digital Banking team for development & implementation of new Digital Initiatives Analyse audit observations and make appropriate changes to processes /controls II. Codification of Documents Custodian of Product Program notes / Business Process Circulars for internal and external (partners) Prepare / update operations manual for various processes in consultation with stakeholders Coordinate for approvals/concurrence for all notes III. Legal/Compliance and other Co-Ordinations Review and Standardizing Agreements Client level document execution Tracking of KYC policies and directives to comply with regulatory requirements Internal and External Co-Ordinations for onboarding new partners Support existing partners for product/process changes
