Main KRA would be to monitor and ensure operations team is functioning flawlessly and executing timely and compliant documents for business and accounts needs.
Handling day to day business and trade execution of all activities in the group amongst all verticals, ensuring seamless co-ordination between business team and accounts team.
Facilitating optimal and accurate compliance in documentation of all trades for all line of businesses, having know-how of purchases and sales related accounting.
Compliance and documentation, reviewing monthly GST return computations and filings of all group entities.
Ensuring intimation to stakeholders for TDS/TCS compliance.
Assisting in providing documentation related to trades at the time of audit, reviews, due diligence etc.
Bringing automation into existing systems and processes, making current systems more efficient and accurate.
