Role Overview
We are seeking a skilled Power BI Specialist to join our team and drive our data visualization and analytics initiatives with customer especially with solid
understanding of marketing campaign and user behaviour analytics.
Current Challenge
Our current data model involves a master table of 8-9 GB size, resulting in slow report load times of up to one hour. The successful candidate will be expected to
? Assess and restructure the data model to optimize performance.
? Implement incremental data loading and transformation processes.
? Explore and utilize Power BI's advanced features for handling large datasets.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop, design, and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards.
? Read and interpret data from multiple sources, including Google Analytics,
databases, and SFMC (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
? Write complex DAX queries to retrieve and manipulate data.
? Be able to consume Store Procedures from Power BI, consume Web API
from Power BI etc.
? Integrate data from various sources to create a unified and comprehensive
view.
? Handle large datasets efficiently, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
? Perform data cleaning, transformation, and validation to ensure high-quality
data.
? Provide insights and recommendations based on data analysis to support
business decisions.
? Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements
and translate them into effective data visualizations.
? Stay updated with the latest Power BI features and industry trends to
continuously improve reporting and analytics capabilities.

The candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in reading voluminous /data from
various sources. The ideal candidate will be proficient in creating insightful and
interactive dashboards, conducting complex data analysis, and presenting findings to
stakeholders.
Qualifications
? Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data
Analytics, or a related field.
? 5-7 years of hands-on experience with Power BI.
? Strong proficiency in Google Big Queries, DAX, Power Queries and SQL.
? Experience working with Google Analytics data, data from SQL Server and
data from Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
? Proven ability to handle and analyse large datasets.
? Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
? Strong communication and presentation skills.
? Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
? Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and quality.
Preferred Skills
? Experience with other data visualization tools such as Tableau or QlikView.
? Knowledge of data warehousing and ETL processes.
