• Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external use.

• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitive landscapes, and regulatory environments.

• Assist in building and updating financial models used in the valuation and analysis of transactions.

• Provide logistical and administrative support to the transaction advisory team during the deal execution process
