- Preparing job descriptions, advertising vacant positions, and managing the employment process.
- Source potential candidates on various Job Boards and platforms
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants’ abilities and interview candidates combining various methods
- Orientating new employees and training existing employees.
- Monitoring employee performance.
- Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.
- Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.
- Implementing systematic staff development procedures.
- Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
- Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.
- Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.
- Ensuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format.
Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven work experience in HR Field.
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
- Solid knowledge of sourcing techniques (e.g., social media recruiting and Boolean search)
- Bachelor s Degree in Human Resources Management.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats.
