• Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
• Implement effective sourcing, screening and interviewing techniques
• Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
• Act as the point of contact regarding employee issues
• Oversee daily operations of the HR department
• Maintaining attendance records and compiling them on monthly basis for salary computations
• Filling quotations/proposals and coordinating with clients/bankers for the tendering process
• Internal compliances of the firm
• Updating and maintaining the partners records

We are looking for an HR cum admin executive to manage our company’s recruiting, learning and development and employee performance programs, filing proposals/tenders/quotations and internal compliances.
The candidate should be presentable, confident, proficient in English and well versed with MS office
