  • Ability to balance leadership responsibilities with hands-on content work.

Job Description:

  • Write and edit high-quality content for websites, blogs, landing pages, case studies, white papers, email campaigns, press releases, and social media.
  • Develop and implement content strategies aligned with business and marketing goals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and simplify complex ideas into engaging, audience-friendly content.
    • Conduct extensive research on industry trends, competitor activities, and audience behaviour.
    • Ensure all content aligns with brand tone, voice guidelines, and SEO best practices.
    • Review and mentor content created by junior writers or freelancers.
    • Monitor content performance through analytics tools and provide actionable insights for continuous improvement.

Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5–7 years of professional experience in content writing, preferably in digital marketing or a B2B/B2C environment.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating versatile writing styles and formats.
  • Proficiency in SEO content techniques and tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Google Keyword Planner.
  • Working knowledge of CMS platforms such as WordPress.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with strong editing and proofreading skills.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
