Role Summary:
Results-oriented Assistant Vice President – Billing with strong expertise in managing contractor and client billing, quantity surveying, and cost control for large-scale construction and hotel projects. Responsible for ensuring accuracy in RA bills, compliance with contractual terms, and effective monitoring of project costs and cash flow.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end contractor and client billing processes across construction projects.

Verify and certify RA bills in line with contractual agreements and actual project progress.

Ensure accuracy in quantity surveying, rate analysis, and adherence to BOQ and variation orders.

Monitor project costs, track variances, and support budgeting and cash flow management.

Coordinate with Project, Finance, Contracts, and Procurement teams for seamless project execution.

Support final account settlements, contractor closures, and dispute resolution processes.

Prepare and deliver MIS reports to enable informed decision-making and financial transparency.

Ensure compliance with financial controls, governance standards, and audit requirements.

Deep expertise in
hotel projects, interior works, MEP systems, and real estate billing

Strong command of
BOQ preparation, rate analysis, and quantity surveying (QS) methodologies

Proficiency in ERP /
SAP platforms and construction billing software

Working knowledge of
contract management, including FIDIC or equivalent frameworks
