Job Description :

We are seeking a dedicated Store Manager for our sugar mill located in Nepal. The ideal candidate will:

Oversee inventory management and procurement
Ensure optimal stock levels and timely deliveries
Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions
Supervise and train store staff
Implement cost-effective inventory strategies
Coordinate with other departments for seamless operations
Address and resolve any issues related to store management
Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards

Requirements:

Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or agriculture
Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
Willingness to relocate to Nepal
