  • Strong understanding of ocean/air freight, customs clearance, transportation, and documentation.
  • Familiar with local regulations and international supply chains.
  • Data-driven, process-oriented leader with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Able to communicate complex ideas and work with senior stakeholders.

Job Purpose-
  • Drive sales and revenue growth in the assigned region.
  • Implement sales strategies and achieve targets.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Plan and implement sales & marketing strategies.
  • Conduct market research and identify new opportunities.
  • Generate leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships.
  • Acquire new clients and grow existing accounts.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (pricing, operations, etc.).
  • Monitor credit, payments, and receivables.
  • Achieve sales and profit targets.
  • Attend client meetings, events, and reviews.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and ethics.
  • Submit monthly reports on time.
  • Analyze market trends and improve performance.
