Z-3226 | Project Manager: Accounts & Finance

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to support our Finance and Accounts department. The primary responsibility will be to manage project-related costing activities, collect and maintain accurate data, and prepare timely and insightful reports for management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with various teams to collect relevant financial and costing data for ongoing and new projects.
• Maintain organized and up-to-date costing databases and project files.
• Prepare project cost reports, variance analysis, and other related financial reports as required.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities for projects.
• Ensure data accuracy and timely submission of reports to senior management.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements within the costing and reporting function.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in project management, finance, or costing roles (preferably in a manufacturing/export setup).
• Strong analytical and data management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and relevant costing/reporting tools.
• Good communication and coordination skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
