Job Description:

·Accounts & Finance Management

• Oversee and manage the complete accounting function, including bookkeeping, ledger scrutiny, and reconciliation, Bank reconciliation.
• Knowledge of P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow statement preparation.
• Monitor accounts payable/receivable and manage working capital efficiently.

·Compliance & Taxation

• Ensure timely filing of GST returns, TDS returns, income tax returns, ROC filling and other statutory compliances.
• Liaise with auditors, tax consultants, and regulatory authorities.
• Keep updated with amendments in taxation laws and ensure compliance.

·       MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and present MIS reports to management for decision-making.

Skills:

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, LLP compliance, and taxation laws (GST, TDS, Income Tax).
• Proficiency in accounting software (Tally Prime).
• Strong communication.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Work.

Qualifications

• Education: B.Com
• Experience: Minimum 3 to 4 years
• Industry: Construction
