Job Description:

•  Drawdown / Capital Call Management: Draft, review, and trigger drawdown (capital call) notices to investors in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to fund documents and regulatory requirements. •  Investor Communication: Manage all investor communications, including issuance of Statements of Account (SOA), advance tax intimations, and Form 64C, in coordination with the tax and fund accounting teams. •  Client & Distributor Query Resolution: Handle and resolve queries raised by investors, clients, and distributors related to Category II and Category III AIFs, ensuring high service quality and timely closure. •  Distribution & Payout Processing: Manage distribution processes end-to-end, including drafting distribution communications, sharing MIS reports with distributors, and processing distributor payouts. •  Pledge, Transfer & Transmission: Oversee operational processes relating to pledge creation, transfer, and transmission of investor holdings, ensuring accurate documentation and compliance. 
•  MIS & Reporting: Prepare and maintain MIS reports related to investor servicing activities for internal tracking, management review, and regulatory submissions. •  Process Automation & Efficiency: Drive initiatives to enhance automation and improve operational efficiency in investor servicing processes by working with technology, operations, and product teams. •  Compliance & Controls: Ensure all investor servicing and RTA activities are performed in line with SEBI (AIF) Regulations, internal policies, and service level standards agreed with the client.
