Responsibilities: * Lead the company's fundraising initiatives through **Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs), Bonds, and other debt instruments. * Build and maintain strong relationships with High-Net-Worth Individuals (HNIs), retail investors, investor groups, Banks, NBFCs, and other Financial Institutions (FIs)**. * Drive end-to-end discussions and negotiations with lenders and investors to secure funding. * Develop and execute investor engagement strategies, including **investor presentations, roadshows, and fundraising events. * Identify and cultivate new funding opportunities while expanding the company's investor network. * Collaborate with internal stakeholders to structure and execute fundraising transactions efficiently. * Ensure timely communication with investors and maintain long-term investor relationships. Preferred Candidate Profile: * Proven experience in investor-facing roles, preferably within an **NBFC, Bank, Wealth Management, Investment Banking, Debt Capital Markets, or Financial Services**. * Strong background in debt fundraising, NCDs, Bonds, liability sales, or institutional funding. * Established network with HNIs, Banks, NBFCs, Financial Institutions, and investor communities. * Excellent presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills. * Strong understanding of debt products, capital markets, and fundraising processes. |
