As a key
member of our team , a SEBI Registered Merchant Banker, you will play
a pivotal role in:

- Interacting with the client for project coordination

responsible for quality check and client deliverable

**Qualifications**:

Educational Background: Company Secretaries or LLM candidates
- Location
Preference: Mumbai-based candidates will be given priority
Requirements:
§ Well
versed with guidelines/regulations of SEBI, Companies Act, Income Tax,
Companies Act, FEMA, etc required for
execution of Capital Markets transactions.
§ Prior
experience in investment banking will be preferred.
§ Excellent
written and verbal communication skills in English
§
Experience in preparing pitch books, profiles as well as investment memorandums
§
Self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and deliver
