Job Description
· Make outbound calls to potential customers to sell Personal Loan and Business loans.
· Answer incoming calls from prospective clients interested in loan services.
· Explain loan products, eligibility criteria, and application process.
· Assist customers with loan applications and documentation.
· Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
