Job Description:

• To work well independently or as part of a team.
• To work directly with our customers helping them design, architect, and implement AppDynamics solutions.
• To provide best practices technical execution to customers.
• To Effectively manage and groom next level resources.
• To be a part of customer-facing services engagements which serve as the backbone of our overall APM consulting services.
• Understanding customer requirements and implement AppDynamics software to meet performance requirements.
• To works closely with the AppDynamics professional services team, and customers to ensure that AppDynamics components are successfully implemented.
• Translating user requirements and architecture into technical implementation plan
• To successfully move the customer mission critical applications into production.
• Production rollout success includes technical migration into the production environment, production testing, transition to support including any open defects or RFEs, and project closeout activities.
• Provides on time, accurate and realistic status reports or input to status reports using standard templates
• Deliver assigned responsibilities within scope and budget

Qualification:

Skills:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience in AppDynamics APM.
• Firsthand experience implementing or deploying AppDynamics solution into applications in production environment.
• Hands-on experience in AppDynamics Tool (Java, .net agent, EUM, BIQ, Server & Network), Business Transaction Configuration, Dashboard Configuration, Incident/Alert Configuration, Task Scheduling, Plugin Configuration)
• Consulting or Professional Services experience will be a plus.
• Demonstrated ability to work with customers under tight deadlines.
• Strong desire to work on cutting edge technology and ability to absorb a wide variety of technologies.
• Strong understanding of application platforms, including network, database, runtime, application, and user interface.
• Strong understanding of Application and systems performance management, measurement and analysis.
• Experience in presenting reports to client mid-level management
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and conflict resolution skills with the ability to adapt to various business needs.
• Experience with Programming languages like Java, C#, C++ or Dynamic Languages like Python, NodeJS, JavaScript
• Experience with relational databases like MySQL, Oracle, MSSQL
• In-depth experience in Analysis and Reporting
• Knowledge of ITIL Process
• Strong knowledge on Micro service-based applications/ kubernates
• Preferably an AppDynamics certified individual.
• Knowledge or Understanding of Web Services, Restful API's (XML, JSON)
• Able to build skills in technical areas which support the deployment and integration of AD based solutions, including Advanced OS, DB, Storage; Virtual etc.
