Job Description:

We are looking for a passionate and experienced manager to join our dynamic ESG team. Here, you will play a crucial role in evaluating the ESG performance of companies and providing trusted advice to our clients.

In this role you will:

• Conduct sustainability materiality assessments and create ESG reports based on Indian and global sustainability frameworks.
• Conduct sustainability assurance based on Indian and international assurance frameworks
• Conduct ESG due diligence to identify risks and opportunities in potential investments or partnerships.
• Develop and implement sustainability strategies to drive long-term environmental and social goals.
• Manage projects by working closely with clients and team members to ensure timely and successful completion.
• Stay up-to-date on evolving ESG trends and regulations.

Skills:

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in environmental science, engineering and business administration, or a related field.
• At least 10 years of experience in corporate or consulting with a minimum of 5 years in ESG consulting.
• Experience in ESG strategy, reporting, assurance and due diligence assignments.
• Demonstrated understanding of ESG frameworks such as BRSR, GRI, CDP, Ecovadis etc.
• Strong analytical and research skills, with experience in data analysis and interpretation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact.
