- Should have banking product knowledge like Home Loan, LAP, Working capital, BL etc.
- Should have experience of at least 1 year for out bound calls only. No inbound and customer care experience.
Job Description:
- Interacting with client/Banks for fulfilment of the loan documents required for login.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
- Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services.
- Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the company.
- Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made.
