Should have banking product knowledge like Home Loan, LAP, Working capital, BL etc.
Should have experience of at least 1 year for out bound calls only. No inbound and customer care experience.

Job Description :

Interacting with client/Banks for fulfilment of the loan documents required for login.
Follow up on new leads and referrals to generate business.
Achieving the monthly sales targets, assigned to him/her, for various products and services.
Follow the various internal guidelines and procedures of the company.
Maintain periodic status reports, including daily activity report and calls/follow-ups made.

17, 18, 38

Skills :

Good presentation and appearance
Fluent English.
