Job Description :

Company is looking for a dynamic and dedicated Personal Assistant to join our team. This role offers significant exposure and the opportunity to work directly with senior leadership, gaining valuable experience and interacting with clients . The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a creative mindset, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:
 - Provide comprehensive administrative support, including scheduling, email management, and client communication.
- Assist in preparing documents, presentations, and reports using tools like MS Excel , Google Sheet and Word.
- Maintain and organize files, ensuring that important information is easily accessible.
- Communicate effectively in English, Hindi, and Gujarati, both verbally and in writing.
- Support creative projects by contributing innovative ideas and solutions.
- Ensure high-quality work with a strong attention to detail.
- Learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and processes as required.
