Role Context
We are a relationship-led wealth advisory firm advising
Ultra HNI clients with long-term investment needs.
The Mutual Fund desk is a core pillar of our investment architecture,
responsible for research, portfolio construction support, and ongoing fund
monitoring across client mandates.
We are looking to onboard a young, high-agency
professional who wants to build deep expertise in mutual funds and grow
into a trusted investment advisor over time.
Key Responsibilities
Mutual Fund Research & Selection
- Conduct
structured research on equity and passive mutual funds
- Analyse
fund strategies, portfolio construction, risk characteristics, and
performance across market cycles
- Track
fund manager behaviour, style consistency, and deviation risks
- Maintain
a recommended fund universe aligned with client objectives
Portfolio Support & Asset Allocation
- Assist
in building and reviewing client portfolios using mutual funds as core
building blocks
- Anchor
asset allocation frameworks through mutual funds (strategic and tactical)
- Evaluate
suitability of funds across different client risk profiles and time
horizons
Ongoing Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor
fund performance, portfolio drift, and risk metrics
- Flag
early warning signals such as style drift, concentration risks, or manager
changes
- Prepare
concise internal notes and client-friendly summaries
Market & Product Intelligence
- Track
new fund launches (NFOs), category changes, and regulatory developments
- Compare
active vs passive strategies and provide evidence-based inputs
- Support
senior advisors with data, charts, and research insights for client
discussions
