Job Description:

• Define the long-term strategy and vision for the product, leveraging broad customer research, customer experience and new technologies
• Provide strategic solutions for the company to drive technology culture
• Work with technology team/partners for delivering the outcome as per timelines
• Work with leadership team to understand the objectives align technology roadmap
• Design and develop metrics to continuously measure the success of the technology investments
• Drive all technology initiatives keeping User Experience as a core focus by working with UX team
• Hire and build solid technology team as per the technology roadmap.
• Prepare and work with leadership for technology budget planning and tracking
• Take complete ownership of product quality by putting in place best practices to deliver high quality software.

Skills:

• Ability to Analyze, design, and develop software solution roadmap and implementation plan based upon current vs. future state of the business.
• Must have excellent communication to be able to manage the stakeholders
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable with high growth and developing clarity from ambiguity.
