- To assist VP Sales & Marketing with daily activities
- Responsible for Direct Sales, Channel Sales & Corporate tie-up activities for residential project
- Develop and execute plans for Direct & Channel Sales activities. Forecast market needs;
- Identify key segments and develop a Market positioning plan to target key segments
- Generating new business opportunity for organization-
- Must plan and execute sales strategies for all projects
- Responsible for achieving monthly, quarterly and annual sales revenue goals
- Must ensure no wastage of leads & should get in to finer details of lead follow-ups by the sales team
