Job Description :

Role Overview:
The Creative Designer is responsible for developing visually compelling artwork and promotional materials for new releases, catalogues, streaming partners, and various marketing campaigns. This role requires a strong eye for design, proficiency in design software, and the ability to translate marketing strategies into engaging visual content.

Key Responsibilities:
Artwork Creation:
- Design artwork for new releases, including album covers, single covers, and related visuals.
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and are visually cohesive across different platforms.
Catalogue Design:
- Develop and maintain design templates for catalogues featuring existing releases.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure catalogues are up-to-date and visually appealing.
- Assess and update visual assets of acquired catalogues to ensure they align with the company’s aesthetic and quality standards.
- Redesign album covers, single covers, and other related visuals as needed to fit current branding.
- Ensure thumbnails are optimized for various platforms, considering aspect ratios, resolution, and readability.
Content Optimization:
- Adapt and optimize existing visual content for different platforms and formats, including social media, streaming services, and digital stores.
- Ensure all visuals are consistent in quality and adhere to platform-specific guidelines.
- Maintain a cohesive visual identity across all repurposed content and new thumbnails.
- Ensure all designs are visually engaging and aligned with the brand’s voice and aesthetic
Promotional Materials:
- Create banners, posters, and other promotional materials for streaming partners and marketing campaigns.
- Design social media graphics, email headers, and other digital assets to support promotional efforts.
Brand Consistency:
- Maintain a consistent visual identity across all creative outputs.
- Ensure all artwork and promotional materials align with the brand’s voice and aesthetic.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to develop innovative ideas for promotional campaigns.
Project Management:
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality work.
- Keep track of project timelines and coordinate with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
Trend Analysis:
- Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
- Implement new design techniques and ideas to keep the brand's visuals fresh and engaging.
Feedback and Revisions:
- Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine designs.
- Be open to iterative design processes to achieve the best possible outcome.
Proficiency:
- Utilize design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to create and edit artwork.
- Prepare print-ready files and ensure digital assets are optimized for various platforms.
 
Additional Work for Acquired Catalogue (Over 20,000 Tracks)
Visual Redesigns:
• Redesign album covers, single covers, and other related visuals to align with current branding guidelines.
• Create eye-catching video thumbnails to enhance viewer engagement and click-through rates.
o Optimize thumbnails for various platforms, considering aspect ratios, resolution, and readability.
Image Optimization:
• Perform color correction on all low-resolution files to ensure they are presentable and suitable for ingestion.
• Repurpose images according to AOMA specifications and deliver them to the ingestion team.
Artwork Creation:
• Develop playlist artworks and banners for streaming and social media services.
• Design artworks and creatives for YouTube and other platforms.
• Scan old CD and vinyl artworks, repurposing and designing them for digital release.
Vinyl Releases:
• Create cover images and jackets for vinyl printing.
• Scrape archives to find the appropriate images for vinyl releases.
